Why Leonardo rocks


There are so many reasons why we enjoy art, mainly one of them is what some pieces of art mean to us. The semantics of paintings, sculptures and so on are derived most of times from the experiences a certain author was living at a particular age within a historical period. The Renaissance is one of those periods which changed completely the way of percieving and creating art. Specially, Leonardo Da Vinci is one of those authors that still nowadays strikes researchers whose obssession with him allows theories to multiply to the infinite. Technical, shadowy, intriguing and, above rall, misterious, the genius's works show a very particular skill of creating art in a way that, still today, his works seem to be totally and utterly alive, moving and, from time to time, even laughing at us.
